Aviation Specialist - 180302AVIATIONSPECIALIST

The service consists in the following activities:

HSE:

1. Maintenance of awareness and follow up of application with all relevant Statutory and COMPANY directives and rules
2. Follow up of conformity with the applicable local regulation
3. Analyzsis of safety results & incidents reports, assistance to HSE in Synergy reporting
4. Assistance to technical & safety issues Intendment to SQM with contractor as an ??
5. Edition of safety alert bulletin regarding aviation major deviation reported

6. Regular audits of contractors with HQ aviation department
7. Monitoring of technical status, application of operational limitations in conformity with the COMPANY referential and industry good practices
8. Audit of the application of technical specifications mentioned in the contract
9. Monitoring of achievement of corrective action plan issued by Contractors and COMPANY
10. Participation to aviation strategy
    
    
11. Updating COMPANY procedures in conformity with HQ referential
12. Recording and analyzing of the Key Performance Indicator included in the standard contract.
13. Annual safety report to the relevant activity
14. Liaison with INAVIC regarding helideck / helipad or any subject concerning COMPANY air aviation operations
15. Liaison with the other major oil companies aviation advisers

Technical Profile

1. Certificate of aviation auditor issue by an international school
2. Rotary wings and Fixed wings Airline Transport Pilot Licence or an aeronautic engineer degree
3. A minimum of 10 years of experience as an airline pilot or air operations manager in international civil aviation
4. A minimum of 5 years of experience within offshore helicopter company
5. Language: English and Portuguese
6. Computer basic software

HSE Training required:

1. BOST or BOSIET
2. Advanced fire fighting
3. Basic first aid
4. Risk awareness and prevention
5. Risk and the human factor
