Mission OPERATIONS SAFETY LEADER (OSL) 

SCOPE OF SERVICES
Promote HSE culture within Operations Entity, liaise with affiliate HSEQ entity and with HQ drilling entity for all HSE matters related to operations
activities.
• Referential: ensure application of Company's referential
• Contractual: establish bridging documents, participate to contractors HSE evaluation.
• Operational: establish HSE related part of operational procedures. Participate on redaction and updates.
• Emergency: ensure BOCP implementation and participate on preparation and updates, prepare and organize drills.
• Training: follow up Ops personnel training, control contractors personnel training adequacy, prepare site inductions and ensure it
implementation and quality.
• Performances: follow up contractors HSE performances and implement improvement plan and actions, ensure organization and
implementation of HSE site committees.
• Reporting and analysis: ensure that HSE statistics are documented, implement anomaly reporting system, when needed organize cause
tree analysis and ensure incidents are promptly captured controlling reporting quality.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
Preparation and execution of an exploration deep water drilling in East Mediterranean sea. Operations will be supported from logistic base located in
Limassol Port. Management team will be located in head offices in Nicosia.
The position will hierarchically report directly to Operations Manager. When working on the sites it will functionally report to the RSES.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education: technical degree and / or specialization in industrial HSE
Technical qualifications: training (Management of Emergencies, cause tree analysis,..), certifications (BOSIET, lifting, H2S safety, …)
Professional experience: 15 years in O&G HSE activities. Significant experience in drilling campaigns.
Technical competencies: familiar with documentation and procedures for an offshore drilling operation. Knowledge of Total referential.
Behavioral competencies: rigorous, communication and coaching skills.
Other competencies: Fluent in English, knowledge of Greek and/or French is a plus.
