Mission

Activities

1. To promote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing.

2. To ensure that safe and ethic working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee the compliance on his activities.

3. To ensure that state of the art, Company referential and local rules/laws are complied with and captured in all contractual requirements.

4. To work by anticipation.

5. With the spirit of Company values, to establish and manage his/her activities motivating his/her counterparts and to work diligently to meet the targets of the Projects.

6. To promote innovation as far as compatible with good enough approach for all activities. To seek optimization and savings all along the different phases of the project. To focus on costs without impairing QHSE objectives.

7. To keep divisional Manager and all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the Project Managers on architecture related actions/decisions.

8. Support the HR & Local Administration Lead to prepare contracts in accordance with rules and procedures.

9. Liaise with Legal, PJT, TGP to ensure best practices for contracting.

10. Prepare the frame contracts and call off orders using standard forms.

11. Participate to suppliers and contractors evaluation and follow up.

12. Responsible for contractual/commercial contract administration during the Contract execution phase.

13. Ensure Contract Activities Reporting of the entity (contract negotiation progress, amount committed, COs, Approval from partners, dispute and claims, ...).

14. Provide to cost control all cost information regarding the Manpower cost. Follow up of the budget for manpower.

15. Support HR manager on all activities regarding the management of manpower plan.

16. Manage the follow up of the manpower plan under the supervision of the Project HR Leader.

17. Under the supervision of the HR Leader, anticipate the needs for recruitment.

18. Support all Project Engineer to fulfill the positions, under HR Leader supervision.

19. Provide all support required by the HR Leader regarding the administration of Project.

 

Context and environment: Brownfield project division. It's managing projects from Basic Engineering to Startup/hand-over to Field Operation team.

The nature of the Brownfield projects, i.e. most of the execution activities offshore executed in SIMOPS on live FPSOs and congested seabed, increases the risks and consequently the challenges of the projects (co-activities with other projects and maintenance activities, minimization of production shortfalls...).

Managing EPC contracts with major international Contractors including onshore prefabrication in Angola, offshore construction and Installation in Angola (FPSO modifications, SURF, SPS, SIMOPS, high number of contractors & subcontractors).

Possible missions in France and worldwide due to the international spread of contractors/suppliers. The projects might grow up to 200 people at peak, spread in different locations in the world with a wide range of nationalities to work with and different internal entities and companies to deal with.

 

Accountabilities

1. Establish and maintain contacts with the TSC's to advise them of possible future requirements. Negotiate terms and conditions, draw up and follow-up the contracts from mobilization to demobilization. Collect Personnel's documents such as CV, medical certificates, insurance certificates etc….

2. Coordination Contracts activity. Prepare and update contracts procedures accordingly.

3. Co-ordinate contract issues throughout contract execution phase. Liaise with Head Quarter when necessary (legal, contracts, insurance).

4. Ensure reporting of contract activities of project entity define and put in place KPIs.

5. Consolidate contracts by packages and projects at project level and ensure the submission and follow up with Concessionaire.

6. Provide to cost control all cost information regarding the Manpower cost. Follow up of the budget for manpower

 
Profil

REQUIREMENTS:

Very good knowledge in MS Excel and SAP.

Qualifications/Experience required:

Professional Experience (years): 5-10

Experience in similar position (years): Mini 3 at same / equivalent position.

Level / Diploma: Bac +5, or equivalent.
